These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Contractor Intel Network ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your content and that it is accurate.

The service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Contractor Intel Network and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms. No reverse engineering, resale, or circumvention of technical measures.

7. Payments, subscriptions, and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel at any time via Paddle's customer portal.

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or security risks, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the service ends; certain provisions survive termination.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information shared by members is not legal advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Contractor Intel Network is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
