Contractor Intel Network offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Submit a refund request from the order details page, or
3. Contact us via our contact page and we'll help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time through Paddle's customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; for refunds of recent charges, follow the steps above within the 30-day window.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
